Pre Sale Questions

No. For the moment we only ship to Malaysia only. Soon, there will be more countries supported to our online shops

We do not have a physical store yet. In the mean time, we are focusing on the online shop which is https://motorpartsonline.com.my/

(a). Upon checking out, you will be notified via email on your order confirmation. Confirmed orders will be processed within the next one to two (1-3) business working day, excluding Saturday, Sunday & public holidays.


(b). Once your order has been packed and ready to ship, you will receive an email notification with all the necessary details including tracking number for your order from the relevant carrier (courier) service provider.


(c). Estimated Delivery Lead Time for different regions are as follows: -


West Malaysia : 5 – 8 business days. *


East Malaysia : 10 – 15 business days. *


*subject to carrier (courier) changes.

Stock and availability information will be shown once you have selected a size / color when viewing a product. This information will also be shown on the shopping cart page and in your order confirmation email.
